Do I have to rent all of Villa Bonita?
No. You may reserve one or more apartments, Villa 1, Villa 2, or the full estate, subject to availability and date-specific conditions.
How many overnight guests can the property accommodate?
The eight apartments can accommodate up to 60 guests based on maximum capacity. We will confirm the appropriate sleeping plan for your group.
Can I host an event during my stay?
Yes. Weddings and other events require a separate proposal based on guest count, spaces, schedule, furnishings, and services.
Will the estate be exclusive to my group?
Full exclusivity applies when the entire property is reserved. With a partial reservation, other guests may occupy apartments not included in your booking.
Can wedding offerings be customized?
Yes. Spaces, décor, and services can be adjusted to your style and budget, subject to availability.
